Garrett continued to innovate and in the 1990s introduced the variable geometry turbocharger (VNT), which allows the turbo pressure to adjust to any engine speed. This technology made turbochargers more powerful, more economical and more suitable for everyday use.
Garrett has also built an impressive record in racing. From Formula 1 to the 24 Hours of Le Mans - Garrett turbos have won many championships and races. Reliability and performance under extreme conditions have always been the starting point here.
